No PO Box Checkout extension automatically detects all possible variants of a PO Boxes: p.o.b., p o box, po box, po-box, etc. and restrict customers from entering or processing orders that contain a P.O. Box address.
This extension will disable P.O. Boxes from being submitted in the address field and shows warning when customer tries to enter PO Box in checkout address.
PO Boxes are considered as one of the least secure methods that are giving a lot of options for fraud and use of illegal goods and services. For this reason, a lot of web-stores may need to exclude this method from the list of available shipping options.
The extension updates the Magento checkout fields to prevent shipping to a PO Box. It also provides error messaging to inform customers that they must enter a valid shipping address before proceeding through checkout.
This is great for sites that want to truly restrict customers from entering or processing orders that contain a P.O. Box address.
